Il Giardino (Manno)

"Il Giardino Della Valle" Association is a nonprofit, apolitical, nondenominational association whose main activity is to ensure the preservation, maintenance and improvement of "Il Giardino della Valle." The idea of carving out a garden from an illegal dump, located in the valley along the boundary wall of Villa d'Este in Cernobbio, was born over the years by Mrs. Pupa Frati, affectionately called Grandma Pupa. After many years of daily commitment and tangible passion for nature, Il Giardino della Valle has become an oasis of tranquility and reflection, a tribute to nature respected and cared for, a meeting place for children, teenagers, adults, the elderly, painters, photographers, musicians, poets and writers. A meeting point for the local community and for the many tourists who visit our beloved Lake Como.
