About Us

In 1987, the company Farner Gartenbau was founded as a sole proprietorship by Martin Farner- Schmid from Oberstammheim in Guntalingen ZH. Together with his wife Gabriela Farner-Schmid, father-in-law Fritz Schmid and brother-in-law Thomas Schmid, the company was built up into a flexible small business with good, long-term skilled workers and modern, practical machinery.

In 2003, the company was transformed into Farner Gartenbau AG, with Martin Farner retaining the management. Partners are Gabriela Farner- Schmid and Thomas Schmid who are actively involved since the foundation in 1987.

2015 new workshop

We plan, build and maintain gardens together with you. From the initial ideas to the design to the professionally qualified execution by our specialists, you get everything from a single source. We are discreet, respect your privacy and maintain and value personal contact with you.
