CONCEPT "ESI Entreprises" offers real work experience in the fields of landscaping, construction, cleaning, laundry, agriculture and sales, enabling its beneficiaries to access employment or training (CFC, AFP, pre-apprenticeship, etc.). Support is flexible and tailored to individual needs.

OBJECTIVE To develop and reinforce the knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills essential for socio-professional reintegration.

CONTENTS Professional production sector Activities: outdoors and in workshops: landscape creation and maintenance, building conversion and renovation (carpentry, small-scale masonry), building painting (plasterboard, gypsum, insulation), dry-stone wall repair, horticultural production and sales, cleaning of all kinds, caretaking, professional laundry, etc.

Training and integration sector Socio-professional integration: support, personal development, motivation, validation of projects and professional support, job club (search for internships, apprenticeships and jobs). Training: courses in French, mathematics, professional French, French as a foreign language. Training and validation of professional skills for cleaning jobs.

TARGET PUBLIC Anyone receiving the integration income (IR), unemployment insurance, disability insurance or any migrant.
