D. Reichmuth GmbH (Fehraltorf)

For over 20 years I have been working as a janitor for my customers in the Zurich Oberland and Winterthur regions. I started as a part-time janitor. In May 2003 I founded my own company, the "D. Reichmuth GmbH, Hauswartungen "and could celebrate in May 2013 the 10th anniversary of the company.

In October 2004 I successfully passed the professional examination to become a federal caretaker. Since then I work as a janitor with a federal certificate for my customers.

In my company I attach great importance to the training of my employees. All janitors are in possession of the "federal janitor certificate" or are about to complete this training.

In addition to 2 janitors and a gardener, since 2015 I have employed an intern who is also preparing for the Federal Vocational Exam. Janitor prepares. It is important for our business to have well-trained skilled workers in the future. Only those who take care of the next generation can look to the future without any problems.

As janitors, I and my employees feel responsible for keeping the property clean and in a well-kept condition. In addition to general cleaning work, we also maintain existing green areas or gardens. Upon request, we will handle the handover and cleaning of the property as well as the evacuation of the property. Small repairs on the property as well as maintenance of general technical equipment (e.g. heating and softening systems, etc.) are also part of our activities. Since 2006, we have been providing winter maintenance with our own snow plows. If a task cannot be done directly by us, we are happy to coordinate the use of a suitable craftsman. In case of emergency, tenants and owners can reach us 24 hours a day.
