After an apprenticeship as a gardener in the Zurich Oberland, I gained various experiences at different gardening companies in the Zurich Unterland and attended various courses in the green sector (supply, personnel management, plant knowledge, safety officer, site management in planning and maintenance) ).

After several years of working in the city of Zurich and in the Knonaueramt as a landscape gardener, it made sense to open his own horticultural business more than 22 years ago. It quickly became apparent that quality and expertise were more in demand than quantity and low prices. The fact that I could no longer manage everything on my own and had to hire staff showed me that I was on the right track. In 2002, we joined the Swiss Association of Master Gardeners, which was renamed Jardin Suisse in 2008. Besides the outside area (gravel depot) and our own nursery in Landikon, we built our magazine in Wettswil to keep more equipment and to have material in stock and clearly arranged.
