The young, innovative company is dedicated to the maintenance of buildings and their conservation of value.

The idea of self-employment came to me when I was working part-time as a janitor for the maintenance of the Catholic Church. Apparently, my work met not only the maintenance of the church, but also the villagers. I was often asked if I could also mow the lawn for them or take care of maintenance in apartment buildings. In the end, there were a few apartment buildings that I was allowed to maintain. From this came the idea of self-employment.

I gained my experience in facility management at the Jelmoli department store chain, among others. At Zurich Insurance, I was deputy head of the house and security service, where I also completed various training and further education courses in facility management. I gained further experience in various courses and trainings, not least at Coop Immobilien as Head of Facility Management. There I was responsible for budgeting, management of ancillary costs and, of course, all maintenance work.
