We are a full-time school / training workshop and offer apprenticeships for apprentices in basic vocational training:

External internships complement the training program of our apprentices. Trainees do not receive a salary during their training at OESCHBERG. We run a florist's studio, a plant production company, a school park, a flower store and a cafeteria. We also offer simple and functional rooms for our trainees, students and guests.

Vocational teachers and trainers provide learners with the education they need for successful professional activity and social integration. We promote different skills through regular feedback, learning aids and additional offers.

We are a training center for the green sector. Modular continuing education courses prepare for professional and advanced technical exams:

Qualified technician HF construction management, specializing in gardening and landscaping. Master gardener with federal diploma Gardener with Federal Diploma Qualification, specializing in gardening, landscaping & production.
