Modern garden design | New installation A newly built house usually includes a plot of land not yet planned, into which the garden should be "put together". For the following attributes, proposals and ideas should be professionally created, thought through, arranged and harmoniously combined at an early stage:

Garden design in an old property When you purchase an existing property, there is usually also a garden, but often it does not correspond to your own ideas, be it in the design language, in the existing materials, in relation to the intended use or in the type of planting. Often there is no harmonious arrangement to be seen at all. At some point, your own garden will also need a fundamentally new design. To do this, existing worn materials such as paving stones or slabs on the terrace, an old wall, fountains and fences must be cleared away. However, it may be possible to secure old materials and incorporate them into the new, modern garden design, such as beautiful slabs or steps made of natural stone or pavers for the new pathway design.

Existing plants and other garden elements can also be preserved or professionally implemented. In most cases, however, when designing a garden, it is advisable to "discard" the old appearance to make room for something new. Only what is really valuable should be preserved.
