Rosettes Gärten (Thierachern)

I started my professional career with an apprenticeship as a pot plant and cut flower grower. The first years of my career took me to various production and retail companies and later to the wholesale flower trade, where I worked for several years. During this time I was able to constantly expand my plant knowledge.

I also became the owner of a garden of almost 2000 m2. What started with vegetables and alternate flowers, gradually developed into a great passion for shrubs and trees. I realized that I wanted to go in this direction more professionally. Training as a qualified garden designer and planting planner at the cantonal horticultural school in Oeschberg was the next logical step and a long-held desire. After that I had the opportunity to gain experience in horticulture - from the maintenance of upscale private gardens to public cemeteries, I got to know a variety of requirements in this field - this knowledge is a great advantage for the work as a planner.

In the summer of 2017, I ventured out on my own. I keep myself updated with regular trainings and visits to gardens and nurseries in the Inn and abroad. My own garden still offers me the wonderful opportunity to first test the many rare or new perennials I have brought back from my travels in our climate, and new care methods are first tested for their suitability in my own garden.

What started as a small sprout just over 30 years ago has grown into a great passion.
