In my professional activity in landscape horticulture there is actually no main focus, because basically no garden topic is foreign to me. A successful garden design consists of two areas: Interior u. Exterior spaces. In earlier times, garden design was given the highest priority by designing the garden setting according to the points of the compass. Sunrises and sunsets were not secondary considerations. Only after that, one dealt with the construction of the house. The result was highly pleasing, because the eye got to see what it wanted, a balanced, intact nature. Unfortunately, we no longer live in a time of magnificent buildings with their aligned sight lines to time-honored tree stands, formally trimmed hedges, ornamental plants and water features. Wherever there is harmony, i.e. where living and garden complement each other, beauty, aesthetics and usefulness can be combined. However, wherever the builder, whether public or private, does not want to give nature a hand, no harmony can arise. The human being as an individual is inevitably reduced to a cheap concrete corner, and boredom is given priority. The "green" designed garden room, on the other hand, becomes a highly personal business card on the outside and represents inner views, sensations, as well as shapes and color sense are expressed. In the run-up to an optimal planning it means for me as a landscape gardener to sound out the whole potential of the terrain (attics and roof gardens not excluded) even if the piece of earth appears only towel-sized or even ugly. The challenge is to correctly assess and transform the site into an appealing atmosphere. For the achievement of these goals applies:

1. needs clarification of the house inhabitants, hobby `s child-fair playgrounds.

2. expert, thorough planning, which in turn requires time and creative ideas that can be implemented. Planning costs are often not insignificant, but protect against unpleasant surprises and subsequent corrections.

3. define the ideal value of the cultural asset and adhere to a balanced ecosysthem, because the nearest recreational area is on the doorstep every season.

In the design / service sector, which I have been running independently since September 1, 2003, my main focus is on the "sore spots" in your immediate environment. I am convinced that the place where we spend most of our time in addition to our professional activities is our home. Why should we not make our existence as beautiful as possible and make an active contribution to the uniqueness of nature, if we get back the quality of life / joy of life many times over?
