Stone masons for over 45 years, Pierre and Daniel Lachat and their teams put their passion and ancestral know-how at the service of your building, taking into account the technical and economic constraints available.

A company on a human scale, we build lasting relationships with our customers and ensure the full development of our employees. The company currently employs 12 qualified stonemasons, each of whom is capable of carrying out a full range of assignments.

The company makes it a point of honour to train apprentices on a regular basis. There are currently 4 apprentice stonemasons on the payroll.

All projects are designed and carried out with respect for tradition, the rules of the trade and current standards.

As a signatory to the Charte d'éthique et de savoir-faire artisanal pour la réparation des monuments et bâtiments, Lachat et fils SA is committed to enhancing the value of our built heritage, while respecting the essential principles of good craftsmanship.

The company is a member of the Association Romande des Métiers de la Pierre (ARMP) and the Association Vaudoise des Métiers de la Pierre (AVMP).
